Privacy Policy

1. Overview

AivelX (“AivelX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an analytics software platform providing market structure monitoring, analytical dashboards, automated data summaries, and educational financial research tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when users access the AivelX website, Discord-integrated services, newsletters, software tools, or the AivelX connector for AI assistants.

AivelX is a read-only market-intelligence service. It cannot place, modify, route or cancel trades or orders, connect to a brokerage, or move money, cryptocurrency, or any other financial asset.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Email addresses submitted through newsletter subscriptions or account registration
  • Basic account and billing information processed through third-party payment providers
  • Usage analytics, browser type, device information, and interaction metrics
  • Discord account identifiers required for workspace access management
  • Customer support communications and feedback submissions

2A. AI Assistants and the AivelX MCP Connector

AivelX can be used inside AI assistants and other MCP (Model Context Protocol) clients through the AivelX connector. When you connect AivelX to an assistant and ask it a market question, the assistant sends AivelX a structured tool request, and AivelX returns calculated market context.

What AivelX receives. A connector request contains the tool name and the arguments needed to answer it, such as a ticker symbol, a timeframe, a result limit, or a screening condition. AivelX does not receive your prompt text, your conversation history, your conversation summaries, your files, or the assistant’s final written answer.

Account information. Connecting an assistant authenticates your AivelX account. We associate connector usage with your AivelX account and its entitlement so that we can apply your plan’s access level, prevent misuse, and provide support. Internally, member-linked usage analytics are keyed to an internal account identifier rather than to your email address.

Authentication data. The connector uses OAuth 2.0. During sign-in we process your email address for authentication and entitlement checks, and we issue and store authorization credentials that let the connector act for your account. Where a personal connector access token is issued, it is stored only as a one-way hash. Credentials are kept while the connection is active and are revalidated against your AivelX entitlement on every request. Personal connector tokens can be revoked on request.

Operational logs. We keep operational records of connector activity: the tool used, whether it succeeded, error codes, response time, and timestamps. These records do not contain your prompts, your tool arguments other than explicitly requested ticker symbols, or the assistant’s generated answers.

Server access logs. Our web server and content-delivery infrastructure record standard connection information, including the IP address used to reach the service, the requested path, and the time of the request. These access logs are rotated on a rolling basis and are used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

  • Provide access to AivelX software features and analytics services
  • Operate the AivelX connector for AI assistants and other MCP clients, including applying your account’s access level and confirming entitlement
  • Manage subscriptions, billing, and customer accounts
  • Improve platform functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Deliver newsletters, platform updates, and service notifications
  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, and operational integrity
  • Respond to customer support requests and inquiries

4. Payment Processing

Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. AivelX does not directly store complete payment card details on its own servers.

Payment providers may independently collect and process billing information in accordance with their own privacy policies and compliance obligations.

5. Cookies & Analytics

AivelX may use cookies, analytics services, and similar technologies to understand website usage, improve performance, and monitor platform reliability.

These technologies may collect anonymous or aggregated technical information such as browser type, pages visited, session duration, and referral sources.

6. Data Sharing

AivelX does not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers required for hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer communications, or operational infrastructure.

AI assistants and other MCP clients are separate third-party services. When you connect AivelX to one, that service sees the requests it makes and the responses AivelX returns, and it handles that information under its own privacy policy and terms. AivelX does not control those services, and AivelX does not send your connector data to any third party for advertising or marketing.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Connector usage records are retained under the following periods, after which they are removed from member-linked analytics:

  • Per-member daily connector usage totals: 365 days
  • Per-member explicitly requested ticker symbols: 90 days

AivelX revalidates your account entitlement on every connector request. Connector credentials may be revoked, and connector access ends when your account entitlement is no longer active.

8. Security

AivelX uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information and platform integrity.

However, no online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

9. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable under local laws and regulations.

You can disconnect the AivelX connector from your AI assistant at any time. To revoke connector access, ask what connector data is held for your account, or request deletion, contact us at the address below.

10. Changes to This Policy

AivelX may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or platform changes.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
